To return an item kindly email us at info@labeljagruti.com within 5 days of receipt of delivery and you will receive guidelines for the return procedure.

Please note that the item to be returned must be intact with its tag, and to be delivered in the same condition as received. Any item returned showing signs of wear and tear, alteration, any usage or damage shall not be accepted for return.

Refund/ replacement of the merchandise is subject to inspection by our team.

Damages caused due to negligence improper application or usage will not be covered under our policy.

We will refund the value of your returned item(s) excluding the delivery fees within 30 days after receiving your return.

Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the parcel. 

Card: If you have paid by card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used.
