Step 3: A final invoice will be made and the soft copy will be shared with you.

Step 4: We will provide you with various payment options to choose from.

Step 5: Garment will be produced.

Step 6: Once we do the quality check, the same will be dispatched.

Due to various reasons if you can not visit our store we have various options through which you can peacefully shop from us at the comfort of your home.

Once the order is placed you will receive an online invoice and then proceed with the payment procedure.

4. How long does it take for the order to reach you?

A-Within India:- Once the garment is constructed and ready to be shipped, it will take around 3-4 days for the product to reach you.

B-Outside India-Once the garment is constructed and ready to be shipped, it will take around 5-15 days for the product to reach you.

5. Do you take returns and exchanges?

No, we do not. But we provide superior after-sales service where we make necessary alterations and changes that you desire.

6. How does the customization process work?

Here are the steps to make a customized outfit-

-You look at our collection and discuss your requirements with our executives.

-We design the outfit and share the same with you

-We then walk you through the different fabrics, embroideries, etc

-Once the design is finalized, our craftsmen and artisans start working on the construction

-Once the garment is ready we do a final quality check

-The product is then steamed and packaged, ready to be delivered

10. How much time will it take to make the garment?

The entire construction of the garment can take up to 15-20 days, depending on the design, and other factors. If there is an urgent requirement, you can share the same with us and see if we can help you out.
